<p class="MsoNormal">I am trying to “sponsor” some of my students through the Sponsorship Tool, which usually works very easily, but they are not receiving the links to activate their USPTO accounts, so I can’t sponsor them. The last time I had a student
with trouble receiving USPTO emails with authentication codes, I assumed it was something at our end that was blocking them, but I learned from this listserv that it was an issue at the USPTO, so I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem. Thank
