<p>Hello folks. The court room opened at 9AM and the scheduled time
for arguments to commence was 10AM.</p>
<p>For about half an hour, from 9:30 AM to about 9:58 AM, there were
three court personnel fiddling with microphones, tapping on the
microphones, making tapping sounds on the overhead speakers.
During this time, one of them was focused on a desktop computer,
looking intently at something on the computer screen and nodding
or shaking his head to signal to the people who were tapping on
microphones. It was clear that they were concerned about
something about the audio system. At about 9:58 AM, one of the
court persons then told the other two people to abandon their
efforts on whatever the problem was.</p>
<p>Based on what you have posted, my best guess is that they had
figured out that something was going wrong with the live stream
audio.</p>
<p>Anyway, I am sorry you did not get to hear anything.</p>
<p>The oral argument for In re Chestek PLLC took place as
scheduled. It started at about 10:32 AM and it finished at about
11:06 AM. <br>

<p>Now I am on my way to Dulles Airport, to fly back to Colorado.</p>
<p>Normally what the Court does is post a recording. This normally
happens the next day. Maybe the Court will post a recording
tomorrow. On the other hand, whatever it is that went wrong for
the live stream, I suppose there is a chance that this may have
led to a problem of their having no recording to post.<br>
