<p>Why not self-host the VPN? Then the WAN IP address will be a
guaranteed safe IP address. The USPTO will never be able to

<p class="MsoNormal">As of this week I am no longer able to even
land on USPTO.GOV while using a VPN connection. I believe
I’ve had situations in the past where I needed to turn the VPN
off to say download something from one or more databases at
the USPTO, but this new situation has me wondering how I’m
going to manage my competing interests in maintaining private
communications with clients via VPN vs regular access to the
USPTO information and interfaces.
