of sales and marketing of consumer goods for others, or were they marketing their own goods at the trade show? If the former, that should certainly be a good specimen and I would go back to the examiner citing TMEP section 1301.04/caselaw that talks about
use of the mark in the provision of the services, as opposed to advertising the services. If the latter, I can see the issue, because then there is no service being provided.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
