Trademark Lawyers Need to Know\u201d presented by Emil Ali, Partner,
McCabe & Ali, LLP. </p>
<p>Emil helps protect professionals in investigations and
enforcement actions, among other matters, and is widely known in
the IP ethics realm.</p>

inform IP practitioners\u2014previously, Mr. Ali worked at the USPTO\u2019s
Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED) and assisted in drafting
