Well I’ve learned something. I often cite only to TBMP b/c it in turn cites to CFR so I figure I’m covered. I’ve never had an issue with that. I have been moaned at by the interloc years ago for forgetting to double space a short pleading. <br id="lineBreakAtBeginningOfSignature">
