    <p>I am delighted to report that we have two more sponsors for the

      listserv reception:</p>

    <p>It will be recalled that during the last reception (in

      Washington, DC) we were honored to be joined by several WIPO

      people.  This gave us the opportunity to discuss topics of mutual

      interest, including the Madrid Protocol.  I have extended an

      invitation to our WIPO colleagues for this year's reception in

      Atlanta.  If we are very lucky, maybe they will be able to drop

      in.</p>

    <p>I also extended an invitation to Commissioner Gooder and his

      USPTO colleagues.  I am delighted to be able to tell you that

      within minutes, he answered that email with the news that he will

      be able to attend, and that in response to my request, he will

      pass along the invitation to his USPTO colleagues.<br>
