You can submit audio specimens. Promotional materials are essentially advertisements which are acceptable specimens for Class 41 uses. And use of the name at the top of a website is likely to be accepted as well. I suspect apparel is rather iffy unless it
was apparent that the apparel advertised the performers services. The connection between the name or mark and the services performed is important.</div>

social media platforms. They use the stage name in a hashtag. They use their name and stage name when being introduced for speaking engagements and even on promotional materials for speaking engagements. They have a website using the stage name at the top
as the source identifier. They have apparel on the same website. </div>
