Has anyone encountered Trademark Rising soliciting your clients with variations of the ol' "someone else is going to file an application for your name"? It appears that they operate under multiple names. Today they contacted one of my clients to advise them that someone else had filed an application for my client's brand -- I had filed the application for the solicited client.
