<p class="x_MsoNormal">For inquiries like this, it would be really helpful if you can say where in Virginia the case is filed. Although Virginia is not as big as, say, Texas, the Eastern District stretches from Virginia Beach to Alexandria\u2014a 3+ hour drive\u2014and
some divisions of the Western District are also more than 3 hours apart by car. This is especially true if you\u2019re looking to find a lawyer for a case where an answer needs to be filed tomorrow.</p>
