<i>started </i>during the pandemic and have only ever been virtual. The PTO rejected the address where the client gets its mail and which it uses for all other governmental activities and filings (think taxes, corporate filings, etc) as not genuine office
space. We noted that the company is and has always been entirely virtual and petitioned for an exception to the “where you sleep at night” requirement on that ground and provided corroboration for these statements. The PTO does not care. Ultimately, we
had to provide the CEO’s home address. The PTO’s position is untenable – exactly why this is going up on appeal to the Supreme’s.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

if this is the situation, but then you have to provide the domicile of an officer, etc. which defeats the objective of not supplying a home address. If anyone has successfully petitioned for a waiver of the domicile address where the client has no physical
address, and could share the serial number for their application or registration, I would really appreciate it. It's especially relevant after the recent breach that's been discussed on this list.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
