The producers of the show have stated that it is standard policy not to ask permission to use the trademarks of others. However, in this situation the client\u2019s trademark has been altered or a mocked-up prop using a variation of the client\u2019s trademark was
used. Would this still fall under fair use or has the line of infringement/misuse been crossed? Alternatively, and assuming the client doesn\u2019t wish to press the issue, should the client somehow try and capitalize on the popularity of the show?</span><o:p></o:p></p>
