      in which Fifty-Four Trademark Practitioners wrote to Commissioner

      Gooder on August 7, 2021 asking for some improvements in TEAS,

      particularly in the area of character-count limitations in various

      fields.Â  In October of 2021, Commissioner Gooder promised that we

      would get all of our "asks" from that letter.Â  When the beta

      version gets released, I am confident it will turn out that

      Commissioner Gooder will have kept that promise.<br>
