The form asks for a filing basis which is dumb, because the filing basis is not changed and there is no window to enter it anyway. It turned out the glitch has not been fixed and it is still impossible to e-file a Sec. 7 correction of the use dates.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>Does anyone know what would be the right number to call to reach the people who can actually help and/or fix the issue?
