<p>I wonder if somewhere in MyUSPTO it somehow knows I am an attorney, and then maybe once Trademark Center sees that I am logged in as an attorney, it eliminates the

<p>And if on the other hand the person who logs in at MyUSPTO is not known to the system to be an attorney, maybe then it permits a
<i>pro se</i> click path.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>I don't know any of this for real. I am just trying to guess about it. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p>What jumped out at me was, it absolutely refused to allow the session to move forward
<em><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">pro se</span></em>. It demanded that an attorney be identified for the to-be-filed application.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Maybe others have more experience with Trademark Center. Is there a way to use Trademark Center
<em><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">pro se</span></em>? <br>
