As you may have guessed, I found <b>\u041a\u0410\u0422\u042b\u041a</b> by searching recently updated trademarks with at least 3 consecutive question marks in the wordmark entry. By chance, that search criterion allowed me to revisit 79372560, the mark consisting of the stylized wording
"<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 128);"><b>TOI TOI</b></span>" in white placed inside a rounded blue rectangle above a red rectangle, except
<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 128);"><b>??? ???</b></span><b> </b>is the USPTO wordmark entry. I added this trademark to my list of questionable wordmark entries over a year ago. This application now is under examination, though the word mark
still has not been corrected. The <span style="color: rgb(0, 51, 204);"><a href="https://tsdr.uspto.gov/documentviewer?caseId=sn79372560&docId=XSS20231202191220&linkId=6" target="XSS20231202191220" id="OWAb2503d3c-3f3b-32dd-1807-fded6a7f6e24" class="OWAAutoLink" style="color: rgb(0, 51, 204); margin: 0px; text-align: left;">XSearch
Search Summary</a></span> performed by the examining attorney lasted 3 days 24 minutes 42 seconds, but that examiner couldn't spare 2 minutes to correct the wordmark entry that would have been corrected on TSDR and TM Search while that multi-day search session
was active. So it goes. </div>
