<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">For the first one, I get the email to send to my client but my client says when they click on the link to sign the application, that they don’t get the signature page with the boxes
and the line to insert one’s name between slashes, but rather the Trademark Center main menu appears and requires a login to access the application. Since when is a USPTO login required to sign an application that is sent to them?’<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black">For the second one, I select the setting to generate and download a signature form and click the button to generate the form and the screen just goes half dark, like it is processing
something, and stays there. I checked my pop-up blockers and do not see any turned on. Does this sound like a problem with my particular IT set-up?
