<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">Thank you for contacting the Trademark Assistance Center (TAC) about Fee Increases and New Rules for 2025.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><br>

To answer your question, we are currently in the process of incorporating the feedback received during the public comment period\u2014following the publication of
<a href="https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2024-03-26/pdf/2024-06186.pdf">
<span style="color:#0563C1">the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking</span></a>\u2014into the final trademark rule. We hope to publish the final rule this fall with the fee adjustments taking effect this winter, but the precise timing of the rule is not yet determined. <br>

Thus, the effective date for the fee adjustments is still subject to change; but please note that there will be at least 60 days between the final rule publishing and the fees adjustments taking effect. We plan to notify stakeholders when the final rule publishes.
