<p>I would approach it as two different submissions, the entity
correction first using the post-NOA amendment form and then the
SOU. I don't think you want to sign the SOU with an incorrect
owner listed, because then you'll risk the validity of the
registration. <br>

applicant as Acme, LLC, a Connecticut LLC. It actually was and
is a Massachusetts LLC. At the time of filing there was no
Connecticut entity Acme LLC. Since then, the applicant has
registered in CT as a foreign LLC.<o:p></o:p></p>

applicant type or jurisdiction. You can change name and
