<p class="MsoNormal">As an update and a warning, I have confirmed that <a href="mailto:teas@uspto.gov">
teas@uspto.gov</a> is the appropriate address to report issues with Trademark Center.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">However, they have yet to resolve my issue so I think it’s safe to say that one cannot currently complete an application using the Trademark Center that claims priority and foreign registration (44(d) and 44(e)). Thankfully, there is still
good ole TEAS for the next 3 days.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The USPTO should not be requiring use of Trademark Center with these known flaws. Dust off those rules for mailed-in applications!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I just attempted to prepare an application using Trademark Center and there is an unspecified error in the “filing basis” section that is preventing me from completing the application. I’m attempting what the USPTO may consider unthinkable
(or at least not fully supported by the new interface): filing based on priority and home registration. I anticipated getting the usual notice that I didn’t complete the “date renewed” for the home registration, but I don’t see that specified.<o:p></o:p></p>
