applications…in use for several decades). Many of them were approved for publication multiple times and then pulled and returned for further examination. Many of them were lost in some inter-department black holes for 6, 9, 12 months at a time. Our colleague,
Lara Pearson, even drafted an ode to their journey, reproduced here for the list’s amusement and edification:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
