<div dir="ltr">This is off topic, but I hope you will indulge me.  We are a relatively small practice (under 25), often working remotely, and are looking at potentially replacing our IT solutions.  We are therefore looking for recommendations for a service that can at least administer our Office365 account, provide remote break-fix work, and do device management (e.g., ensuring patches are tested and installed); providers who offer more - a secured platform through which we can connect to do our work, document management systems, etc. are even better.<div><br></div><div>Thank you for any assistance you can provide.</div><div><br></div><div>Rosanne Yang<br><div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></div></div>
