collective wisdom:</p>

cannot successfully register a trademark for cannabis products
with the USPTO, we can register vaping hardware as \u201celectronic
cigarettes\u201d; </li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Any such
vaping hardware that displays \u201cWarning! THC!\u201d is likely to get
rejected; </li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Deliberately
covering up any such warning would be a fraudulent specimen;
and </li>
<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in">Showing
only one side of a product, which shows the mark but does not
show the warning, is sufficient and not fraudulent.</li>
