So does this mean that the backlog of trademark applications will slip another 6 months or so when the remote Examining Attorneys will be forced to move back to the DC area, forgoing the opportunity to spend most of their time working remotely? I suspect not
everyone will be happy with this and the Office will need to retrain a whole new batch of Examining Attorneys.</div>

https://blog.oppedahl.com/yes-she-must-be-running-the-uspto-now/</a> . As far as I can see, somebody at the USPTO must have yanked all of the trademark registration certificates that were supposed to issue today, that bear Derrick Brent's signature. And now
maybe they are scrambling to create and cryptographically sign new ones with the signature of the new Acting Director.<br>

Has anybody actually seen any registration certificate yet today?<br>
