<p>The last trademark applications that I went through in the past
few days in Trademark Center had several places where I might or
might not have checked some box, and then in parentheses it would
say something like "if you don't answer this question now, there
will be a fee to pay later".</p>

<div>In the use-base application I filed earlier this week, I do
not believe I checked all of the boxes on a per item basis. My
memory is clearer with a 44e application filed today, and
while there was the list of items to which the foreign reg was
to apply, at the very bottom of the list was a statement that
said something like, if no box is checked the registration
applies to all items. Perhaps similar language also appears
with the section 1a list?</div>

<div>I really miss the simple old days of being able to check a
box or two and say that the registration applies to whatever
classes / goods/services I wanted.</div>
