<p>Very early on in the click path for TC, the would-be filer is
forced to enter into an adhesion contract by means of a check box,
one of the terms of which is:</p>
<blockquote>
<p>you acknowledge and agree that YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO
CONFIDENTIALITY in the information disclosed.</p>
</blockquote>
<p>This is false. The Trademark Office promises its customers that
indeed the applicant domicile address and applicant email address
will be kept in confidence.</p>
<p>It seems to me that the developers of TC need to correct this
part of the adhesion contract. An example of non-false wording
might be:</p>
<blockquote>
<p> you acknowledge and agree that aside from the the applicant
domicile address and applicant email address, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT
TO CONFIDENTIALITY in the information disclosed.</p>
