But why? Isn't it understood that if there is only one trademark class, <br>
the specimen relates to that single trademark class? It's not like I <br>
have any discretion to check or uncheck the box. If I were to refuse to <br>
check it, the system will not let me proceed. If I do check it, I am <br>
checking the only thing that I am able to check. There is no decision <br>
process here.<br>

Seems to me that what TC ought to do, when there is only one class, is <br>
simply display on the screen "I am submitting this specimen for the sole <br>
class that is in the application". Or something like that. Why force <br>
the filer to do extra clicking that is not needed?<br>
