I'm also not sure that the proposed upgrade would really dissuade the problematic bulk filers. That is, if the price is low enough for honest practitioners, then it's probably not going to be that much of a hindrance to the bad actors. And if the price is high enough to dissuade some of the bad people, then it's going to be high enough that a bunch of the good people can't afford it, either. The only links I see are to TSDR and all of \u201cdrafts\u201d in \u201cMy Drafts\u201d are blank even though each application I prepare gets \u201csaved\u201d to drafts after each step. Then they are gone after they are filed.</span></p>
