<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Start application and save as draft prior to payment<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I then went back to drafts, selected the saved draft, and selected \u201csave as new draft\u201d under \u201cActions\u201d<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I then edited the draft to change the mark name and continued to payment<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">My original draft stays under \u201cdrafts and dockets\u201d but the second draft that was filed disappears.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I still have the original draft that I can \u201csave as a new draft\u201d again to then file another application.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Drafts\u201d are blank even though each application I prepare gets \u201csaved\u201d to drafts after each step. Then they are gone after they are filed.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
