<p>The way this looks to me is that the user of Trademark Center needs to have a crystal ball good enough to predict that the instant you click "submit", you will lose the ability to save drafts and make duplicates of drafts.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Or the user learns the hard way about this user-unfriendly "feature" of TC, and after a few hard knocks, the user figures out that what the user must do is plan ahead and make (seemingly unneeded) extra duplicate copies of draft applications. One for each
client, or more than one for each client depending on various combinations of goods and services.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>Of course it would help if I were able to figure out how to use the "address book" feature of TC. This feature, if only I could figure out how to use it, might be of some help when I need to set up a new application from scratch. But so far I have not
figured it out.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">My original draft stays under \u201cdrafts and dockets\u201d but the second draft that was filed disappears.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">I still have the original draft that I can \u201csave as a new draft\u201d again to then file another application.<o:p></o:p></p>
