<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">So many SOUs, Section 7 requests, etc., all getting \u201cstuck.\u201d For SOUs it\u2019s particularly a problem when you file the insurance extension after filing the SOU. It\u2019s been our experience over the past year that
when the later-filed insurance extension is granted, the SOU gets pushed out into a black hole. It can two or three calls to the examiner and the Assistance Center to get it back on track.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
