<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi All,</div><div><br></div><div>I was trying to look up the disposition on a couple of marks that my clients had questions about and TSDR appears not to have that information anymore.</div><div><br></div><div>For example, <a href="https://tsdr.uspto.gov/#caseNumber=78048189&amp;caseSearchType=US_APPLICATION&amp;caseType=DEFAULT&amp;searchType=statusSearch">this mark</a> for &quot;Knowledge Engine&quot; says there was an office action &amp; an abandonment, but the documents tab only has the application, not the office action or the notice of abandonment.  eBiz says everything is working.</div><div><br></div><div>In the past, I&#39;ve had it come up with no documents in the Documents tab, but not some documents while others are missing. Am I missing something?  And is there a way to get to these documents without emailing the USPTO and requesting them?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks!</div><div><br></div><div>Judith</div></div>
