<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Corporate governance
and compliance</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Contract
review/redlining</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Trademark filing and
maintenance</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Personal injury file
support (medical record retrieval, pre-litigation
investigation coordination, discovery management, demand
package generation, pleadings and court filings, etc.)</font></li>
</ul>
<p><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">The candidate doesn't
need to already have expert-level knowledge of all of the above,
as long as they have a willingness to learn.</font></p>

<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">100% remote,
U.S.-based candidates only. They do not have to be in
California, which is where we are based.</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Flexible schedule;
quick email/text chat responsiveness during business hours</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Must be comfortable
working under a confidentiality agreement and using our cloud
tools (Clio, Google Suite)</font></li>
<li><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">Competitive hourly
rate</font></li>
