Yes! All of the applications I filed in late November through December seem to be moving to being assigned to Examiners (and most have OAs or publication approval already)! I am not getting too excited, though, as I expect that there was a glut of filings
right before the rule changes in January that might slow things down again. Although, the new ID rules should make the (national) applications filed after the new rules simpler to examine and thus, speed up application examination again?</div>
