For example, today we had a response which just modified the ID of goods and amended the mark description, but there was no way to bypass the requirement to sign a declaration.</div>

Could it be because the client signed a paper declaration which was filed by preliminary amendment, so the USPTO computer thinks the application was not signed?</div>
