Sounds like a glitch to me. I have not seen that. I think I would just pull it up from draft folder and send it back to the client to sign again and see if it works.

<p class="MsoNormal">If I go down to the Continue button at the bottom right, nothing happens. If I try to change that drop down menu that says \u201cSign directly,\u201d it asks me if I\u2019m sure I want to change my application and the signer will have to re-sign the application,
and if I click through, it deletes their signature. I don\u2019t seem to have any way to submit this damn thing with the client\u2019s signature and original filing date.
