<p class="MsoNormal">I am filing a response to an office action where a deficiency fee of $100 was charged for missing information. I cannot find a place in the TEAS form to select that I need to pay that fee. No. 7 says: Do you need to submit a fee for:
(1) an existing or additional class of goods/services/a collective membership organization due to a deficiency in the initial application and/or (2) processing a payment that has been refused or charged back?

<p class="MsoNormal">But it only lets me pay $50. <o:p></o:p></p>
