<p class="x_MsoNormal">That sounds like a good workaround. On response forms or SOUs that allow new attorneys to appear and when we did not previously get appointed, I have started selecting the new attorney appearing option, entering our info where we can
(and in a text box portion) and then having the client sign the declaration at the end of the response as their signature appointing us and revoking prior attorneys.
