This doesn't answer the question you asked but something to consider. When I have been in similar circumstances, I file an Answer and then ask the Interlocutory Attorney to participate in the discovery call. Usually, the interlocutory attorney will review
the pleadings as part of the call and will often require that certain pleadings be redone etc. If the other side's counsel is in over his head, it is also an opportunity to have the Interlocutory Attorney set a tone for what the parties/counsel will be held
to.</div>

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Got an opposition in that contains a lot of garbage that is clearly not permitted in a pleading before the board. Can anyone point me to a motion to strike portions of an initial pleading before the Board? Never had to file something
like this before, but I think in this case it\u2019s appropriate.</p>
