<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">This doesn't answer the question you asked but something to consider. When I have been in similar circumstances, I file an Answer and then ask the Interlocutory Attorney to
participate in the discovery call. Usually, the interlocutory attorney will review the pleadings as part of the call and will often require that certain pleadings be redone etc. If the other side's counsel is in over his head, it is also an opportunity to
have the Interlocutory Attorney set a tone for what the parties/counsel will be held to.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
