We won! But, I did not receive the transfer email from Name.com 10 days after the decision. It has been about a month. I have sent multiple reminders. Name.com, WIPO and ICANN (the emails copied on the decision email) have not responded to any of my emails. I just submitted a complaint to ICANN.
