What's the problem? Well, since Trademark Search does not include TSDR status date, tracking
<i>idle</i> trademark records just became considerably more difficult. For example, the lowest serial number for the 3rd search is 79281433 which has a TSDR status date of 2024-10-15, strongly suggesting that trademark has more or less been idle for almost
11 months. It's almost like the USPTO doesn't want us to recognize stagnant trademark records. (Yes, I'd like Trademark Search to include the TSDR status date as a search field, as such a status date field would help to identify stagnant trademark records.
Just me?)</span></div>
