            reach the TAC, I was told that for my application that was
            published on 6/10, a NOA is scheduled to issue on October
            7.  Only about 2.5 months later than it should have. 
            Hopefully that is the case for all of the hung up
            application from those two weeks.  But no explanation as to
            why.</span></p>
