<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I don\u2019t routinely handle UDRP actions but took one on for a pro bono client and, somewhat strangely, we got an offer from the registrant to transfer the domain after the registrant got notice of the action.&nbsp;
 The registrar has locked the domain pursuant to the initiation of the action, so presumably the registrant can\u2019t generate a transfer authorization code, so we just need to see through the UDRP process and get the resulting transfer (assuming we win).&nbsp;
