<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I don\u2019t routinely handle UDRP actions but took one on for a pro bono client and, somewhat strangely, we got an offer from the registrant to transfer the domain after the registrant got notice of the action.
The registrar has locked the domain pursuant to the initiation of the action, so presumably the registrant can\u2019t generate a transfer authorization code, so we just need to see through the UDRP process and get the resulting transfer (assuming we win).
