I did a search "SN:79* AND RD:[2025-09-07 TO 2025-09-28]" and the
first four hits all lacked the "owner of international
registration" text. I stopped clicking after seeing it four times
in a row. I imagine a curious person with more energy than me
could tinker with that search and maybe work out when the USPTO
mistake started.

I suppose one thing to investigate is whether the presence of "owner
of international registration" text is actually required by law or
rule or TMEP. If it is not actually required, then I guess this
may be simply a cost-cutting measure.

Years ago when the USPTO began publishing patent applications,
the pub would list the firm name on the front page. Then I guess
some beancounter noticed that the law did not require this info to
be there. And the USPTO stopped providing that information. It
could be a similar thing here maybe.
