and was told I had to file again, which struck me as odd given that the fee was paid using our deposit account and Financial Manager showed that a serial number was issued. Nonetheless, I filed again, all the while wondering what I would do if an Examining
Attorney were to issue a refusal based on an application that had been filed just a day or two before my new filing date \u2013 but that would never happen, right?
