I wonder if the PTO even went through the proper procurement process for
this. I would LOVE to see the documents RFQ documents the PTO provided
as to what they needed and the response. I bet it was also set for a
predetermined outcome. Who in the PTO is/was affiliated with Steampunk?
(Just askin').
