[Patentcenter] Previewing an uploaded IDS form in Patent Center hides identifying information, unlike EFS-Web

Hello Jeff.  Thank you for posting.  Can you look please at 
https://patentcenter-tickets.oppedahl.com/#CP139 and see if this is the 
same as what you are reporting?
