[Patentcenter] FW: Four minutes will help us improve our website

I am sure many of you have received the below request from the USPTO to help them “improve” their website.

I clicked the link and filled out the survey.
There are a few questions that are vague and could be interpreted many ways – such as if you are happy with the current webiste, then you must be using Patent Center and are happy with that as well!
But, overall, there is room for indicating dissatisfaction with the USPTO website (which includes patent and trademark searching and filing systems), or satisfaction if you happen to be a happy customer.
The survey also concludes with an open-ended remarks field to indicate any additional information you wish to convey to the USPTO.
