I think the USPTO is giving up or has given up the Randolph Building.  I don't know if that means the location of the drop off window will change.

I cannot believe that the USPTO shut down EFS-Web and Private PAIR after all of the complains they received.  There must have been enormous pressure to shut them down, perhaps because of those Inspector General reports saying they needed to be shut down.

I’m sure that’s only because EFS-Web and Private PAIR are gone, so there’s no need for the PTO to refer to the legacy systems in any manner at all.

I’m sure this is NOT an acknowledgment that Patent Center falls short of 100% of the functionality of the retired systems.
